Master Yourself. Master Life
Founders Message
I’ve been training in martial arts for over 40 years, practising Muay Thai for around 30 years, and coaching for more than 20. Muay Thai has remained at the heart of that journey. Over the years, through training, teaching, competing, and working with fighters, beginners, children and everyday people, I’ve come to understand that martial arts can offer far more than physical skill alone.
What became increasingly clear to me was that people need more than one piece of the puzzle. Muay Thai builds discipline, confidence, resilience and the ability to perform under pressure. Strength and conditioning builds a stronger, more capable and durable body. Wellbeing practices help us recover, regulate stress, breathe better, move better and stay balanced.
LionHeart grew from the idea that these things should not exist separately. I wanted to create an academy in Shepherd’s Bush, Hammersmith and West London where authentic Muay Thai remains at the centre, but where Combat, Strength and Wellbeing work together as one integrated system for human development.
A place where a child can build confidence, a beginner can discover martial arts for the first time, a fighter can sharpen performance, and anyone can become stronger, healthier, more resilient and more capable in life.
Through our evolving Vital Force 360U Compass, we are also developing a deeper framework for high-performance transformation and self-mastery, helping people understand where they are, where they want to grow, and how to build a more balanced, capable and purposeful version of themselves.
LionHeart is the result of everything I’ve learned across decades of martial arts, coaching, fitness and personal development, brought together into one environment with a simple purpose:
Master Yourself. Master Life.

An Academy Built For Combat, Strength & Wellbeing
LionHeart is a Muay Thai and Human Performance Academy based in Shepherd’s Bush, & Hammersmith, West London, built around three core pillars: Combat, Strength and Wellbeing.
At our heart is authentic Muay Thai, supported by functional strength training, conditioning and wellbeing practices designed to help people become stronger, more capable and more resilient in training and in life.

At LionHeart, train with purpose, develop confidence, increase resilience, and become more capable in every area of life.
Our Values
Three principles run through every class, every coaching decision, and every hire we make.
◆
01 // Value
02 // Value
03 // Value
Honouring the Tradition of Muay Thai.
Our coaching is rooted in the Kru Muay tradition, progress measured through our twelve-Khan grading system rather than belts handed out on a schedule. Technical standard, not showmanship, is what earns a student their next level.
Since opening in 2018, this lineage has shaped how we teach in London, beginners, competitors, and everyday members alike. Discipline, respect, and self-control sit alongside the physical curriculum, because we believe Muay Thai builds character as much as it builds fighters.
