At Lionheart Muay thai we have a dedicated beginners program running 6 days a week. This is to insure all our members get the attention they deserve and a proper understanding of the basics before trying to learn advanced techniques.
No you do not need any fitness to get started. You will get fit by training with us. We will push you within your own limits.
Shorts, t-shirt, water bottle and a willingless to learn. (if you have gloves, shin pads or wraps please bring them along)
NNo not at all. Lionheart gym has a successful and active fight team, however many of our students have no interest in fighting and train for fitness. There is no pressure to fight or spar.
