The beginners Muay Thai class is where most of our students start their Muay Thai journey. We focus on mastering the basic Muay Thai techniques and improving overall conditioning.
The class will involve building up combinations involving punching, kicking, kneeing and elbow strikes on boxing pads and heavybags. The class runs for one hour and is designed to get your heart rate up and make you sweat your way to superior levels of fitness whilst learning some valuable self defence skills. These classes will get you in serious shape fast!
Come down and try out a class, you have nothing to lose, except maybe some unwanted kilo’s.
This class is open to both men and women of all fitness levels.
To participate in a class you will need shorts, t-shirt and hand wraps (available from the gym for €8 per pair). We also recommend you bring a water bottle.
