Lionheart Muay thai was set up in 2010 by Tony Olin. Tony had returned to Dublin after spending 18 months training and fighting in Thailand and Australia, with the dream of developing an authentic “Thai style” Muay Thai camp.
The vision for Lionheart Muay Thai is to offer quality Muay Thai training in a friendly, ego free environment. We have people from all different walks of life training alongside each other, enjoying the benefits of this great sport. Everyone is welcome at Lionheart Muay Thai.
We employ the same training methods, techniques and strategies that are used in Thailands top Muay thai camps. Our trainers regularly take training trips to Thailand and Holland to train with the best in the world. We then pass that knowledge onto our students.
As a result of our approach to training, our camp is producing some of the best up and coming fighters on the proffesional and amatuer Muay Thai circuit. However it is not all about the fighting and many of our students train for fitness, to learn self defence and to improve confidence.
Lionheart Muay Thai is a fully equipped Muay thai training facility. All our equipment is new from top quality brands such as fairtex and sandee. We also have a full range of strenght and conditioning equipment.
Whilst fighting is considered by many as an individual persuit, at Lionheart we strongly disagree. We consider our camp as a family of Muay Thai fighters and students who work together to improve in all aspects of the sport.
When you train at Lionheart you can expect to train in an ego free, friendly environment. Our trainers care about your development and each and every student is treated with respect.
Come down and meet the team and try out a class for free. We look forward to seeing you at the gym.
